Our Military Kids
Do you have children who play sports...take dance, music or art classes...or maybe just want to try something new like karate or summer camp?  Could you benefit from one-to-one tutoring to stay at grade level?

Our Military Kids, a non-profit organization that provides grants to children of the deployed Reserve and National Guard, is now a partner of the Army National Guard.  Our Military Kids grants honor your service to our country by helping to support your family and the challenges they face at home during your overseas deployment.

Our Military Kids grants:
  • For children age three thru high school;
  • For sports, fine arts and tutoring programs;
  • Cover up to six months of one activity with a maximum grant award of $500 per child;
  • Are simple to apply for and are processed quickly.

Students take an assessment aligned to state standards, and SOAR directs them to individualized tutorials to improve skills where needed. Parents can monitor their children’s progress from anywhere, and are provided with resource materials.
